This project was a complete UI/UX redesign for a modern FinTech mobile platform focused on simplifying expense tracking, employee attendance, and productivity management for small teams. The previous experience felt cluttered and difficult to navigate, especially for first-time users. The goal was to create a cleaner, more intuitive interface that reduced cognitive load while still supporting advanced functionality. The redesign process started with a full audit of the existing product, followed by user-flow mapping, competitor research, and interaction analysis. One of the biggest challenges was organizing large amounts of information into a layout that felt visually lightweight and easy to scan. To solve this, the interface was rebuilt around modular cards, improved hierarchy, and a more consistent spacing system.
